Use of this website
You may browse and share this site freely. You may not copy its content, code or design for commercial reuse without written permission.
Enquiries and quotes
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. Any quote provided is an estimate until scope, timeline and price are agreed in writing.
Project engagements
Each engagement is governed by its own agreement covering scope, deliverables, revisions, payment schedule and timelines. Where a platform such as Upwork is used, that platform's terms also apply.
Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, work begins after the agreed deposit is received and final deliverables are handed over on full payment.
Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client, except for third-party components and any reusable tooling, which remain licensed for the client's use.
Confidentiality
Client information, credentials and business data are treated as confidential and are never published or shared without permission.
Limitation of liability
Services are provided with reasonable skill and care. Liability is limited to the fees paid for the work in question and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
