Abdul Raof — behind the work

I help businesses run smoother online. For over five years I have managed e-commerce operations, built and maintained websites, organised messy data, and automated the repetitive work that slows teams down.

Portrait of Abdul Raof

I started out doing the unglamorous work — product uploads, data clean-up, order processing — for stores that were growing faster than their systems could handle. That's where I learned the thing most people miss: growth problems are usually operations problems.

Since then I've built and maintained websites, run e-commerce catalogues across Shopify, BigCommerce and Magento, organised chaotic spreadsheets into usable data, and automated the repetitive work that eats a team's week.

Today I work with founders and small teams directly, and through Nexora Solutions, the agency arm of my practice for larger builds.

How I work

Principles I don't compromise on

Systems over heroics

Anything done twice should be documented; anything done weekly should be automated.

Operations first

A beautiful storefront means nothing if the catalogue, orders and data behind it are a mess.

Plain communication

Clear scope, honest timelines, and updates you don't have to chase.

Ownership

I work like part of your team, not a ticket queue. If something is broken, I flag it.
